Data Deletion Request

At I.T. Commerce Pvt. Ltd., we respect the privacy of our users. If you use the EduPro School Management System and would like to request the deletion of your personal data, you may do so using the process below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their personal data by:

• Contacting their school administrator, or
• Sending an email to info@itcommerce.com.np

Please include the following information in your request:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address or Username
• School Name
• Reason for the request (optional)

What Data May Be Deleted

Upon verification and approval, we may delete:

• User profile information
• Login account (where permitted)
• Personal contact information
• Device information associated with the account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, contractual obligations with the school, or legitimate educational and administrative purposes. For example:

• Academic records
• Attendance records
• Examination results
• Fee payment history
• Audit and security logs

These records are retained only as necessary and in accordance with the school's data retention policies.

Processing Time

We aim to review and process eligible deletion requests within 30 business days after identity verification.
